While I encourage you all to continue de-lurking (thanks for the overwhelming response!), here are a few rad videos. A video of "Lonely Nation" performed live - I love Jerome's solo at the end.
Jon performed "Meant To Live" acoustic on Fly 92.3's Morning Rush, yesterday.
A great quality video of the band performing "Company Car", with Andy Barron rocking the bass:
Hannah, who uploaded that video, has nearly the whole concert with the same amazing video quality. Check it out.
Jon plays "Lord, Save Me From Myself" here, which he played for the first time for us in Vancouver. This time the audio quality is a bit better, though it's out of sync with the video.
And this kid is so freakin' adorable...
This video was of my 3 year old daughter singing part of Oh!Gravity by Switchfoot, accept she made up her own ending by combining this song with a Janna Alayra song, Fixin' My Eyes on You.
On another note, I can't wait for the "Awakening" video! Here's a pic of Jerome rocking out on the set (taken from the Daily Foot):
Oh man, that's adorable! I think we have an aspiring songwriter on our hands...anyone who can combine those two songs and make it look so cute all at the same time, has some serious talent.
It saddens me that youtube hasn't been working on my computer...or rather it has it just loads at the pase of a snail, and so much so that I can't wait that long for something to load. Alas...I shall catch those videos another day!! So Phil tell me quick...is there anything that I need to look out for or that you want from the Cinci Switchfoot concert(as in semi-poor quality video/picture with my camera)?!?!
@brittany well, i guess, just get whatever you think will be good, and if you capture some good stuff, i'd love to post it. :) thanks! and don't forget to watch those youtube videos... especially the little girl. "classic", like jacob said.
hahaha "graBity" hahaha. oh my. thanks for the rad videos!! i love 'em. and i have to say, i'm a little bit ridiculously excited for the awakening video. not only is it an amaaaazing song, but i heard it playing in KoolHaus while they were filming as i walked to a loblaws across the street [to warm up!]... pretty sweet. happy thursday my friends!
I don't think I've ever heard Meant to Live acoustic. That was nice.
That girl is definitely cute. haha, I'll have to start teaching my toddlers at work to sing Switchfoot songs. It would make my days so much more pleasant!! ;)
