wow... they lost alot in that fire. 100 unfinished songs?? that sucks!! I cant imagine losing everything that they did!! It could have been so much worse if Matt and his friend werent awake and noticed the fire!!

wow! I feel bad for relient k. Glad to hear they're ok though. loosing all your stuff must really suck especially all those unfinished songs.

 

my heart really goes out to the rk guys. the tour bus is their home 8-9 months out of the year so it really isn't much different than an entire home burning down. i know that would be a difficult thing to deal with.

God has His way of putting things and just maybe something wonderful will come out of all this.

I'm probably the only one that is wondering what caused the fire instead of feeling sorry for the band... I know it could have been some kind of freak malfunction. But, a fire...on a tour bus? I bet they were roasting marshmallows over a lighter.

Wow, I feel horrible about RK. I am just thankful Matt and the rest of the guys are okay. That only material things were lost (Although it sucks), not any lives.

Everyone - There were rear engine problems: An eruption under the back area of the tour bus. (So no. Not roasting marshmallows ;D) Matt T was the one who spotted the flames through the back window, thankfully. The bus driver hadn't detected it yet. Definitely scarry! Glad they're all okay.

 

Also
Relient K (and Switchfoot) performed well, but the moshing / slam dancing got really bad. Some girls passed out... I'm scared that'll happen this fall tour with SF and RK.
