So cool! thx for the video-you can see what sincerity these guys had early on..and where the heart and soul of Switchfoot started. They have evolved so much and have developed such an awesome inspiring connection with their fans..especially me :} I am grateful for the opportunity to have met the guys, TWICE~ YEY!! It's nice incorporating the old stuff with the new. To see where they started out, how they have changed and how they have remained the same.

 

I totally agree with Penny! I met the guys at the performance they had in Santa Monica and they are such great guys. "The real deal". I am so grateful for everything they do. And yes WE LOVE YOU GUYS TO DEATH!

 

Jon, Tim, and Drew all look so young! They all have really short hair. I like their hair longer, but don't worry guys you still look REALLY young!

i agree with you cookie. it is good to see. drew is the one who seems the most different to me now. jon and tim act basically the same but have toned it down a bit. i like how when they ask the question about the songs being philosophical, tim shoves the mic back at jon. hah

Haha good stuff. They look almost like teenagers. So young... hah. I think it's interesting how it seems that Tim talked more in that interveiw than he does now usually. Now it's more Jon who talks. Of course when it comes to explaining the meaning of the songs, Tim will always have to hand over the mic to Jon. lol

 

i miss the '90's. and Switchfoot should go back to short hair. (Including Drew.) even if it is only temporary.

 

@Christine- I was thinking the exact same thing. Like in interviews Jon usually talks more and Tim, Chad, Jerome and Drew really don't talk that much. But in the interview that i just saw Tim was talking a lot.
@Jonathan- I pesonally like their hair being long rather than being short, but that's just me. I think they look great both ways but I think they look better with long hair.

 

Oh and in case anyone was wondering, Awakening reached over 1 million views on YouTube today. Yay for Awakening!
