Umm...I'm so confused. This was posted on the 4th in Australia and they are like what a day ahead or something like that? And I'm on the east coast, which is 3 hours ahead of california, which means when I would have had to get up at 4:30 AM? Is that right? Ugh. Time travel is draining.

 

So my question is...was this recorded at all? Any way to watch a rerun or something like that? Gosh, living in Wisconsin means that 1:30 AM CA time is 3:30 AM my time. Plus I didnt even see this news byte till just now. Gah!

Yes. But I was at work so it was a hit and miss. I wouldn't have been able to hold convos.

 

hmm, I think some newer fans who never watched webcam before don't understand exactly how it works. Basically, it's just a photo taken, and the page is refreshed every 10 seconds with a new picture. You can't record it except to save the picture, and maybe put it as a slideshow? but that would be too much work in my opinion.

@lynz- yes, more than one picture for the entire concert. once the concert's done, it'll just refresh on the last picture taken. you can't see what's already happened unless somebody's saved it like phil did for that one cap. so far it doesn't look like there was much more than that, though i think hailey posted one on the off. boards.

 

and, uhh seems like you guys are still confused. it's not going to replay tonight or tomorrow. if they put up the webcam for another show it'll go again, but you aren't going to get to watch the one that already took place. this show is done.

I'm confused about the time thing. I think I'm a day late or something? Cuz all it says right now is "bye bye from NZ". maybe it was an hour or two earlyer... =(

 

oh I think I get it now. It was the 4th in NZ when this was posted and so the webcam would have been 3:30am sept 5 for me and I didn't read this till later on the 5th. oh well, I woke up early for nothing. Maybe I'll go on a walk or something...

Gosh darn life!!!Webcam goes on and I miss it all. Thanks Andy for going to all that trouble to do the webcam again. I know those that got to see it had a blast watching. Enjoy the rest of the tour down under. I'm afraid the Aussies are treating you guys so well you won't come home. (But just remember, they don't have REAL SOUTHERN SWEET TEA ,hehe)

ok, does everybody understand now?

it's not on again until andy gives the word that they'll do it for the next show. when the webcam goes for that show, its live, you can't rewind, you can't rewatch. it's there, if you miss it you miss it, but some people are hardcore about taking screen caps [i know I was during the original webcam days, -sigh- the memories].

 

i know how it works, it's just someone told me it was on and i was like "WHAT?!?!"
